After dealing with chronic health conditions for over a decade, I was tired - no, exhausted - of looking outside of myself for answers (it’s not like anyone had any, anyway)

After years of suffering with things like ovarian cysts, migraines, debilitating brain fog, joint pain, fatigue, anxiety, bloating, POTS & constipation that i would have to take laxatives for once a week to get relief from (mark that down for things I never thought I’d share on the internet lol) I was soooo fed up with getting no answers and just thrown prescriptions. I got to a point where I felt like I had nothing left to lose and completely walked away from allopathic medicine.

That’s where the magic began.

I dove into yoga, meditation & getting aware of what was sitting beneath my surface and even decided to get my RYT200 certification. I ended up training in both Vinyasa & Yin Yoga and fell in love with both styles. I got into therapy and started unraveling the knots most of us carry somewhere within. I addressed mind & spirit and then I was ready to move on to the body aspect of healing.

I wanted to work with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, NTP (because I was overwhelmed by trying to figure out what I should actually eat and all the conflicting information out there.) an ultimately decided to just apply for the NTP program through the Nutritional Therapy Association myself. (hello empowerment!)

I studied hundreds of hours in Nutritional & foundational health material and graduated in 2022. What began as a tool to be used in my own personal journey snowballed into something way bigger - of course.

When I’m not working with clients or toward further education, I can usually be found reading, traveling the world, cooking, playing with our pups, hiking, yoga-ing at the local studio or cozied up, binging a Survivor season with my soon-to-be husband.

I laugh a lot. like… a lot. I remember years where I didn’t laugh much at all so I know intimately the joy that is taken when you feel like total shit or even just kind of shitty every day. And believe me when I tell you: there is a better life out there, hope is never lost. In the bigger picture, we’re all here for such a short amount of time. Helping people optimize that time with abundant health, joy, confidence, peace and empowerment is truly an honor and what I feel like I’m here to do.

Oh yeah, and I don’t believe in perfection btw. You’ll hear me preach all day about an 80/20 lifestyle. Progress > Perfection.

Rebellion Wellness Co was born out of this fire inside of me to share the knowledge I’ve gained and my passion for this way of life (and let’s be honest, kinda as a middle finger to all the systems in place trying to keep us stuck, disempowered & dependent.
